TL;DR
Quality Assurance Manager (AI): Building and scaling a company-wide Quality Management Framework for AI products and complex operational environments with an accent on quality standards, performance metrics, and cross-team accountability. Focus on leading escalation governance, identifying systemic root causes, and developing QA capabilities across Vietnam teams.
Location: Vietnam teams; flexible working hours with 5 days working from home per month.

What you will do
- Define and enforce quality standards, SOPs, and internal SLAs across products, teams, and AI-driven workflows.
- Design, implement, and scale the end-to-end Quality Management Framework.
- Own quality metrics, analyze data, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement with Production and Operations management.
- Lead complex quality issue escalations and ensure preventive actions and root-cause fixes are implemented and tracked.
- Oversee quality delivery for enterprise and key accounts, aligning client expectations with production output.
- Lead, coach, and develop the QA team and quality capabilities across Vietnam teams.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Quality Management or QA leadership roles.
- Experience across 2–3 complex industries and a track record of building or scaling a Quality Management System from scratch.
- Experience driving cross-functional change, standardization, and measurable improvements in quality metrics.
- Experience working directly with customers to translate requirements into quality standards.
- Business-professional English required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, influencing, and change-management skills in fast-paced environments.
Nice to have
- Six Sigma, Lean, or a similar certification with hands-on experience applying structured problem-solving and process-improvement frameworks.
