Cybersecurity, Compliance & Risk Management

Location: Hybrid role based in Karlsbad, Baden-Württemberg, Germany; most office-based roles are onsite three days a week.

What you will do

• Lead digital compliance and privacy activities across the organization.
• Manage ISO 27001 and TISAX audits, customer compliance requests, and internal and external audits.
• Handle security, privacy, and data subject access requests globally.
• Audit websites, applications, and environments to verify regulatory compliance and protection of personally identifiable information.
• Maintain internal IT controls, security policies, and procedure documentation.
• Lead a team of six FTEs and report to the Director of Digital Security Engineering.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance within a global organization.
• Audit experience with TISAX or ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Effective English communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Compliance or information security certifications such as CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.
• Basic networking and cloud security experience.
• Project management experience.
