operates a digital product business and is hiring for its Information Security function.
What you will do
- Manage Data Loss Prevention tools and processes end to end, including designing, implementing, testing, and validating DLP rules.
- Reduce DLP false positives, monitor dismissal processes, and handle custom data protection requests.
- Design and support data security controls, manage security projects, and perform security assessments of systems and applications.
- Analyze security alerts, logs, and large datasets from SIEM and DLP systems; maintain security metrics, audits, and management reports.
- Analyze data security incidents and support L3 SOC activities, including forensic analysis and urgent incident response.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for incidents outside regular working hours.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of cybersecurity experience, particularly in data analysis, SOC, or incident response.
- Hands-on experience with DLP technologies such as Symantec and strong knowledge of SIEM and logging platforms such as Elastic.
- Proficiency in Python or PowerShell for data manipulation and automation.
- Knowledge of network protocols, Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, privacy, and data protection regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical data interpretation skills, with close attention to detail.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher and native or advanced Ukrainian or Russian are required. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is expected, or equivalent practical experience.
