Growth Product Manager (AI)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (on-site). Relocation to the United States is supported, with visa sponsorship available for strong candidates after one year.

AI agent products for the American trucking industry, including load finding, rate negotiation, document management, dispatch automation, and accounting workflows.

What you will do

• Own the accounting product roadmap within an AI-native transportation management system.
• Design and improve workflows for invoicing, settlements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, factoring, and payments.
• Gather customer feedback and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering, design, and AI teams to ship high-impact features.
• Define priorities, validate solutions, and measure adoption and business outcomes.
• Replace manual work with AI and automation through continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or product ownership experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial workflows.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and translate business problems into product solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, transportation, ERP, TMS, or fintech.
• CPA, Big Four, or accounting experience.
