What you will do

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
• Prepare work packages and concise creative briefings for designers.
• Coordinate daily design work, plan workflows, and manage deadlines.
• Iterate on design projects and ensure pixel-perfect quality.
• Optimize creative processes and workflows while motivating the design team.

Requirements

• Professional experience overseeing design projects, such as creative project management or campaign management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, autonomy, and accountability.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Understanding of creative communication and how innovative content can drive business results.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German.
• Understanding of advertising and social media platforms, branding, and corporate communication.
