C++ Middle (Blockchain)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world or hybrid from the office in Belgrade, Serbia.

What you will do

• Refine and maintain a project for collecting and analyzing blockchain data through ETL pipelines.
• Develop highly loaded applications that interact with blockchain nodes.
• Participate in all development stages, from planning through testing.
• Optimize packet processing and communication between network interfaces and user-space applications.
• Write and optimize EVM implementations for improved performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing and maintaining reliable Linux kernel modules.
• Strong knowledge of Linux kernel types, including low-latency and real-time kernels, with the ability to build, configure, and optimize them for specific use cases.
• In-depth understanding of the network packet lifecycle from the NIC to user-space applications, including packet-processing performance optimization.
• Proficiency in IPC mechanisms such as shared memory and message queues, with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Solid understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine architecture and willingness to optimize EVM implementations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Boost, CMake, and Docker.
• Understanding of Linux IPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, and RocksDB.
