Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first with the option to work remotely one day per week.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX of the customer acquisition funnel across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead qualitative UX research and use behavioral metrics to identify customer friction.
• Synthesize research and analytics to validate product hypotheses before engineering execution.
• Use AI tools such as Claude for design synthesis, research analysis, and early prototyping.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI components.
• Drive continuous discovery and contribute to a scalable shared design system.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital product design with advanced UX research expertise.
• Experience using behavioral data, quantitative analytics, and AI tools to inform design decisions.
• Practical experience building and expanding design systems with Figma.
• Background in fintech, banking, or another regulated environment.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Ability to work from the Stockholm headquarters in an office-first setup.
