Content Publishing Specialist

Location: Hybrid work with two days per week from the office in Warsaw or Poznań, Poland. Workation is available for up to 60 days per calendar year within the EU.

What you will do

• Publish and maintain product content across internal agency platforms, PIM, and DAM systems.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of product information, digital assets, and merchandising content.
• Perform content quality checks and audits against brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Maintain publishing guidelines, platform specifications, documentation, and process standards.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members as a subject matter expert in DAM and content management systems.
• Coordinate content implementation with Account, Design, Data, and Client teams and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• English at C1 level.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to follow established processes.
• Ownership, responsibility, and the ability to meet agreed delivery dates with minimal supervision.
• Technical curiosity and interest in online marketing.
• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team.
