QA Engineer (FinTech)

Location: Uzbekistan; remote, office-based, or hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 980–1900 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Test end-to-end banking user journeys across iOS, Android, web, and backend systems.
• Execute and validate real banking operations across mobile applications, web interfaces, and backend services.
• Investigate banking errors, failures, duplicate transactions, pending operations, and other edge cases.
• Validate money transfers, OTP-confirmed transactions, and the complete deposit lifecycle.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Support release validation and production verification for the digital banking SuperApp.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience.
• Strong skills in test analysis and design, including requirements analysis, risk identification, gap analysis, and edge-case coverage.
• Experience creating and maintaining test cases, scenarios, checklists, and test plans.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations using Swagger, Insomnia, and SoapUI.
• Good knowledge of SQL for database testing and data integrity validation; experience with Jira and Xray.
• Intermediate English or higher required. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum is also required.
