Animator - Fixed Cover (iGaming)

Location: Malmö, Sweden — hybrid. Fixed-term parental leave cover, ideally starting in January 2027.

What you will do

• Animate 2D characters, props, and UI elements for gameplay and cinematics.
• Design and implement visual effects, sprite sheets, and procedural textures.
• Collaborate with animators and programmers to develop, test, and refine animation pipelines.
• Create mockup videos and visual concepts to communicate game features.
• Contribute creative ideas and bring visual concepts to life.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Experience working with casino or online games.
• Proven experience with 2D animation and a strong foundation in skeletal animation and rigging.
• Education or professional experience with industry-standard 2D tools such as After Effects, Spine, or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spine 2D.
• 3D animation skills.
• Experience with game engines and optimization.
• Drawing skills.
