Marketing Director/CMO (E-commerce)

Location: Onsite office in central Minsk, Belarus

What you will do

• Manage the marketing team and external contractors.
• Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook.
• Monitor and report on marketing channel performance.
• Drive demand generation through digital marketing and data-driven strategies.
• Oversee content creation focused on engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of marketing experience in US and European markets.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Data-driven decision-making approach.
• Expertise with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Shopping, and Tag Manager.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile marketing tools, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
