AI 3D Designer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model with occasional travel to airport or R&D sites.

What you will do

• Design and develop 3D models, prototypes, and visual assets for airport touchpoints, kiosks, and boarding systems.
• Use SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Vizcom, and other AI-assisted visualization tools to explore and refine concepts.
• Translate product goals and user needs into technically feasible designs aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, R&D Engineers, and AI specialists throughout the design lifecycle.
• Apply AI and generative design tools to automate repetitive work and improve creative workflows.
• Prototype and validate concepts, present design intent in stakeholder workshops, and document workflows and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in 3D visualization and physical product design, preferably in hardware or industrial environments.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent 3D design tools and prototyping methods.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools and automation workflows.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with evolving project requirements.
• Fluent English required; occasional travel to airport or R&D sites is expected.
