Software Engineer (React)

Location: Full-time on-site role based in Espoo or Turku, Finland

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Build robust code for online video products.
• Take ownership of entire components or projects while collaborating with skilled colleagues.
• Develop and improve tools and processes that increase team productivity and output quality.
• Apply current technologies and industry standards in software engineering.

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant software engineering experience.
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Strong hands-on command of frontend technologies, frameworks, and development tools.
• Drive to learn new technologies and work in a collaborative, test-driven, and agile environment.
• Fluent professional English communication skills.
• Professional, quality-focused approach to solving problems.

Nice to have

• Experience building testable, maintainable, and highly available modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of backend technologies such as Java and Node.
