Computer Vision Engineer (C++/Python)

What you will do

• Develop and improve ML-driven C++ algorithm pipelines for eye tracking using C++ and Python.
• Optimize algorithms and models for accuracy and runtime efficiency on low-power, resource-constrained hardware.
• Build and automate KPI, testing, metrics, and visualization pipelines for measuring eye-tracking performance.
• Analyze algorithm and model performance and run data-driven experiments to guide improvements.
• Build and automate data-processing pipelines for eye data collected in human studies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade C++.
• Experience with complex C++ codebases, debugging, performance optimization, and maintainable production software.
• Experience optimizing code and models for resource-constrained or embedded hardware.
• Strong Python skills for data pipelines and machine learning, plus practical experience with computer vision, machine learning, image processing, or sensor fusion.
• Experience with structured development lifecycles, including sprints, continuous integration, quality assurance, and releases.
• Strong data analysis skills and excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with eye tracking, pose tracking, or other tracking technologies.
• Familiarity with camera hardware, optics, and image acquisition.
