Senior Fullstack QA Engineer

Location: Fully remote for candidates in Poland, other EU countries, Armenia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan; CET working time zone.

Rate: negotiated based on seniority and client budget; paid monthly by invoice.

What you will do

• Own test strategy, test planning, and release sign-off for the data-collection platform.
• Test onboarding, task processing, data capture, review workflows, earnings, payouts, quotas, targeting, and reassignment.
• Test mobile media capture and uploads across devices, permissions, unstable networks, and resumable transfers.
• Validate financial, privacy, consent, retention, erasure, compliance, and audit flows.
• Build and maintain end-to-end and API automation in CI, including load testing.
• Investigate production issues and partial failures using logs, metrics, traces, databases, message queues, and observability tools.

Requirements

• Candidate location: Poland, other EU countries, Armenia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.
• Intermediate English and CET working-time alignment required.
• Experience with functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing across mobile, WebView, back office, backend APIs, and distributed services.
• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven and asynchronous architectures, including retries, timeouts, idempotency, duplicate events, and eventual consistency.
• Experience testing financial flows, third-party integrations, privacy requirements, consent management, data retention, and erasure.
• Experience with REST/gRPC API testing, Postman, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, SQL/MySQL, Kafka, Grafana, Kibana, AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience testing media capture and upload on mobile devices under real-world network conditions.
• Experience testing ML/LLM-powered features and validating AI-generated outputs.
