Service Delivery Specialist (IT/Telecom)

Location: Hybrid in Arnhem or Eindhoven, Netherlands

What you will do

• Coordinate customer orders and delivery projects from signed offers through final delivery.
• Plan activities and align account managers, engineers, customers, and suppliers.
• Purchase connections and other services from suppliers and monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, and actions.
• Keep customers informed about planning and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks, coordinate corrective actions, and manage larger project-based deliveries.
• Document orders, agreements, and changes, and contribute ideas to improve working methods.

Requirements

• Ability to work in the Netherlands and provide proof of eligibility to work there.
• Good communication in both Dutch and English.
• At least MBO-4 working and thinking level.
• Accurate, structured, customer- and service-oriented approach.
• Strong initiative, ownership, independence, and ability to set priorities under pressure.
• Several years of experience in service delivery, order management, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with project-based work.
• PRINCE2 training or certification.
• Affinity with IT, telecom, or technology.
