iGaming SEO Affiliate Manager

Location: Remote, Astana

Salary: $2,000–$15,000 net per month

What you will do

• Build and manage a listings portfolio across review portals, comparison sites, and niche affiliates.
• Source and close listing deals across Canada, New Zealand, the Nordics, and Poland.
• Negotiate listing fees, CPA, RevShare, and hybrid commercial terms.
• Verify organic traffic volume and geographic distribution using Ahrefs or similar tools.
• Track FTD volume, cost per FTD, and portfolio contribution; renew strong placements and remove underperforming ones.
• Report on listing additions and channel performance.

Requirements

• Existing affiliate and listing contacts in the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience closing deals that generated depositing players in Tier-1 markets.
• Strong understanding of cost per FTD, RevShare, CPA, hybrid models, NGR, and lifetime value.
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush and affiliate tracking platforms.
• Knowledge of major portals and networks, including AskGamblers, Casino Guru, and SlotsCalendar.
• Fluent English required; Russian is an advantage for CIS affiliate channels.

Nice to have

• Relationships with Canada-, New Zealand-, Nordics-, or Poland-specific portals.
• Experience building or buying SEO assets.
• Experience with an offshore Curaçao or Anjouan brand.
