Project Controller (AI)

Location: Fornebu, Norway; hybrid

Falkor, a hirify.global company, develops AI-enabled industrial intelligence software for heavy-asset sectors including energy, chemicals, and utilities.

What you will do

• Monitor actual project costs and revenues against budgets and current estimates.
• Challenge project managers and identify unwanted cost developments early.
• Manage invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, and project cash flow.
• Ensure foreign-currency hedging and prepare monthly project and portfolio reports.
• Provide commercial input to project teams and contribute to budgets and forecasts.
• Improve project-controlling reports, systems, routines, and best practices.

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant project-controlling experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial economics, or a related field.
• Experience with Excel.
• Structured and analytical working style with respect for deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Fornebu, Norway.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MS Dynamics and/or Power BI.
