Android Developer (FinTech)

Location: Uzbekistan. Remote, office-based, and hybrid work options are available.

Salary: EUR 980–1900 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a digital banking SuperApp for individuals and businesses.
• Independently test end-to-end banking user journeys beyond UI validation.
• Execute and validate real banking operations across registration, identity verification, card management, transfers, loans, and deposits.
• Reproduce and investigate user-facing errors, failures, timeouts, retries, duplicates, and other edge cases.
• Validate secure authentication flows, including OTP and biometric verification.
• Support reliable transaction processing, data exchange, and the full software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Android Developer.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or payments with production Android applications used by real customers.
• Practical knowledge of banking workflows, including transfers, loans, deposits, card management, registration, and identity verification.
• Ability to validate successful, failed, pending, duplicate, OTP-confirmed, timeout, retry, and negative transaction scenarios.
• Ability to test complete loan and deposit lifecycles, including document uploads, approvals, closures, and failure scenarios.
• Intermediate English or above required.
