Founding Engineer (AI)

hirify.global is building an agentic operating system for global mobility that automates cross-border employee movement and provides centralized oversight of international workforce cases, deadlines, and compliance obligations.

What you will do

• Design and build core product capabilities for case management and document automation.
• Develop the agentic pipeline, including LLM orchestration and evaluation.
• Work across backend services and integrations with HR systems and public authorities.
• Build reliable, auditable systems for a compliance-heavy environment.
• Contribute to engineering, tooling, and architecture decisions as one of the first engineers.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience with agentic systems, orchestration, and evaluation, or the ability to learn quickly.
• High standards for correctness and accurate output.
• Comfort working with responsibility and ambiguity as one of the first engineers.
• Ability to work directly with the CTO.
