Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (React Native)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-first with 20% remote flexibility

What you will do

• Build and deploy smooth mobile interactions and experiences for hirify.global users.
• Collaborate with the mobile engineering team to define objectives and deliver customer-focused product improvements.
• Improve the technology, infrastructure, and architecture of the mobile application.
• Own hypotheses, validate results, and iterate on customer experiences.
• Mentor teammates, review code, share knowledge, and contribute to the team's overall success.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer, with strong React Native experience and deep understanding of its underlying mechanics.
• Experience challenging and improving application architecture and technical practices.
• Experience building real AI-powered systems or workflows, not only experiments.
• Product-first mindset, measurable delivery impact, and ability to experiment and iterate quickly.
• Comfort communicating in English.
• Ability to work primarily from the Barcelona or Madrid office, with 20% remote flexibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, skill-based agents, MCP, or other AI protocols.
• Experience mentoring engineers and sharing technical expertise.
