Security Awareness Content Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Review new content monthly and update recommendation and training documentation for international clients.
• Analyze highly used and highly rated modules and communicate best practices for large-scale learning plans.
• Review quarterly customer feedback on content topics and quality, and communicate requests to content publishers.
• Train and guide staff and contractors producing or localizing content in other languages.
• Monitor regional compliance law updates, cultural expectations, and available translations.
• Support diverse, equitable, and inclusive content and contribute to process, quality, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Security Awareness, Instructional Design, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing and updating documentation and advising clients on learning plans.
• Experience with project management software, Gmail, Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, and web browsers.
• Submit a resume in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with translations.
• Ability to speak French and/or German.
