What you will do
- Define the game vision with the Creative Director and project management team.
- Establish design goals, creative guidelines, workloads, and development processes.
- Create design documents and visual materials that communicate gameplay ambitions.
- Lead designers through the development of different types of console games and mentor team members.
- Run game reviews and data-gathering sessions to refine and polish the player experience.
- Support the Design Department through interviews, evaluations, and training.
Requirements
- Strong gameplay design skills, including engaging content, challenges, quests, and mini-game modes.
- Experience developing and shipping mobile games, ideally with live events and ongoing content updates.
- Ability to own work from concept through implementation and launch while working autonomously.
- Ability to prioritize delivery and coordinate with design, engineering, art, and QA teams.
- Experience presenting design proposals, incorporating feedback, and using design tools for prototyping, tuning, testing, and content implementation.
- Understanding of progression, rewards, game balance, player engagement, and football rules, tactics, and fan culture.
