Founding Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript)

Location: Tashkent, Uchtepa District; onsite, remote, or hybrid

Salary: $1,500–$2,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from initial idea through launch and refinement.
• Help take the product from pre-launch to its first customers.
• Extend and improve integrations with communication channels.
• Build voice infrastructure for live calls, telephony, and connections to audio models.
• Improve application responsiveness as data and usage scale.
• Talk with customers and help shape the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience building and shipping production web products.
• Production experience with TypeScript across both backend and frontend development.
• Strong product sense and UX judgment, including attention to interaction details, edge cases, loading states, and errors.
• Experience profiling and improving application performance.
• Ability to work independently without detailed specifications and make product and engineering decisions.
• Ability to work onsite in Tashkent, remotely, or in a hybrid format.

Nice to have

• Experience with Effect or interest in learning it.
• Experience with distributed systems through professional or personal projects.
