Junior Golang Developer (Backend): Building scalable and high-performing backend services and billing systems with an accent on microservices architecture, database optimization, and container orchestration. What you will do

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.
  • Architect and optimize microservices-based applications ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes using Helm.
  • Design and optimize Postgres and Redis databases for performance and scalability.
  • Develop and enhance billing systems for accurate financial transaction processing.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Golang developer with scalable solution delivery.
  • Strong expertise in Golang concurrency model and best practices.
  • Experience with microservices architecture design and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Postgres database design and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote cross-functional team.
  • Location: Must be within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with billing systems development and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases.
