Senior Staff Software Engineer (Frontend, React & TypeScript): Developing and maintaining performant, reliable frontend solutions for a leading AI revenue workflow platform with an accent on React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Focus on building complex web applications, mentoring team members, and collaborating in a hybrid international environment.
Location: Hybrid in Prague, Czechia; must live in reasonable proximity to the office

What you will do
- Write high quality code using React, TypeScript, Material UI, and GraphQL
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Maintain high quality standards with well-tested code
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across multiple locations
- Own features end-to-end and respond efficiently to changing requirements
- Mentor and support other team members
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years of professional software development experience
- At least 2 years as a technical lead in a growing engineering team
- Deep experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript for web applications
- Experience developing complex applications with performance considerations
- Strong problem solving, design, coding, and debugging skills
- Experience building and consuming web-based APIs
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give and receive feedback
