Salary: 19,166.67 PLN gross per month minimum base salary for full-time work

What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for Ring devices.
- Specify and build embedded subsystems for connectivity, streaming, power management, sensors, and security.
- Develop firmware across the full lifecycle, from architecture and implementation through testing and production release.
- Collaborate with hardware, QA, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated product experiences.
- Review code, participate in technical design discussions, and contribute to cross-team architecture decisions.
- Debug hardware-software issues using JTAG, UART, and protocol analyzers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive experience with embedded development in C or C++, computer architecture, embedded wireless systems, ARM CPUs, low-level drivers, and interrupt service routines.
- Experience shipping embedded products to production and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with commercial wireless protocols such as BLE or WiFi.
- Experience with bus protocols such as SPI, I2C, and UART, as well as unit, regression, and system testing.
- Experience with embedded Linux or FreeRTOS and scripting with Python is beneficial for the role.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing and testing battery-powered products.
- Experience with IAR, Keil, and Git.
- Experience building GenAI applications.
