What you will do
- Ensure smooth sales administration with clear data entry and process cleanliness
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects successfully
- Engage with new customers and support sales leads and AWS partner representatives
- Track customer projects and prospects to define and execute optimal paths
- Maintain communication with partners regarding opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and process management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field
- 4 hours daily overlap with US Pacific Time (8 AM-12 PM PST)
- Fluency in written and verbal English
