Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote from anywhere, with optional access to a coworking space in Kyiv.

What you will do

• Manage the full partner relationship cycle, from outreach and negotiations to agreements and long-term cooperation.
• Acquire and re-engage partners, advertisers, and brands for website launches and GEO-specific requests.
• Coordinate with the content team on placement offers and partnership requests.
• Use CRM and traffic tracking systems such as Keitaro to manage referral links, postbacks, and performance analytics.
• Monitor traffic, conversion metrics, verification periods, financial settlements, and deal profitability.
• Prepare monthly reports and keep offers and deal terms up to date.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an Affiliate Manager.
• Experience acquiring partners and advertisers, including outreach, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Strong understanding of SEO and affiliate markets in competitive niches, especially iGaming.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and TDS or traffic tracking tools such as Keitaro.
• Knowledge of CPL, CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deal models and their GEO-specific variations.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.
