Senior Manager in Banking (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Belgium; work from the hirify.global office in Antwerp.

What you will do

• Lead and personally deliver banking consulting missions and projects for clients.
• Supervise consulting work and ensure service quality across project teams.
• Develop hirify.global’s banking market share in Belgium and support business development in the Netherlands when needed.
• Prospect clients, prepare and defend proposals, and manage customer relationships.
• Analyse banking business models, sector trends, innovations, and emerging client challenges.
• Coach consultants and steer teams in the Banking & Insurance business line in Belgium.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the banking market and 7–10 years of relevant consulting experience in banking.
• Proven business development experience, project delivery, and team management skills.
• Personal consulting expertise and willingness to deliver client services directly.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to build expertise in these areas.
• Dutch and English are required.
