Senior Consultant Financial Performance & Strategy (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Brussels, Belgium. Temporary assignments abroad may include France and the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Rethink clients’ finance organizations and build strong business and financial controllership foundations.
• Regain control over the financial impact of business processes.
• Improve and accelerate closing, consolidation, reporting, plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and reinforce the financial performance and strategy consulting offering.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and supporting commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in applied economics, engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 3–6 years of experience in a consulting firm.
• Knowledge of financial strategy, closing, consolidation, reporting, and finance process optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, synthesis, teamwork, autonomy, and result-oriented skills.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• French, Dutch, and English language skills required.
