Consultant in Financial Services

Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Work may take place from home, at the client, or at the Amsterdam office. Work permit sponsorship is not available, and non-Dutch speakers will not be accepted.

What you will do

• Contribute to consulting projects in strategic positioning and new business orientations.
• Support organisational redesign, business re-engineering, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and reinforce consulting offerings by interpreting innovation and challenges in financial services.
• Contribute to business development, including defining client needs and participating in commercial initiatives.
• Build expertise in data and AI-related topics and help clients identify relevant opportunities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree completed.
• 0–2 years of experience in a consultancy firm.
• Knowledge of banking, insurance, or pensions.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and synthesis skills.
• Mandatory Dutch and English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in the Netherlands without employer-provided work permit sponsorship.
