Cyber Resiliency Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: COBOG Bogotá, Colombia; partially remote

What you will do

• Support and implement Security & Incident Recovery solutions for enterprise customers.
• Assess backup environments, identify weaknesses, and improve data protection and recoverability.
• Manage data backup services and monitor customer data protection environments.
• Diagnose issues and root causes through automation and analytics, and deliver incident recovery services.
• Build and manage resilient, cost-effective data center infrastructure.
• Prepare new services and changes, oversee change processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience supporting and implementing Security & Incident Recovery solutions.
• Experience maintaining hardware, software, network firewalls, and encryption protocols.
• Experience with the NIST CSF Respond and Recover domains.
• Deep understanding of resilience and recovery components, including Dell Networker, Veeam, and IBM Storage Protect.
• Experience working with hyperscalers such as AWS and Microsoft.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• One or more security certifications, such as CompTIA Security+ or CCSK.
