Accounts Payable Invoice Resolution Analyst

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes from invoice receipt through payment.
• Prepare, record, review, and resolve invoices, including complex operational and technical issues.
• Apply accounting principles, local tax regulations, corporate policies, and financial controls.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform reporting and operational analyses.
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, accounting, procurement, and finance departments.
• Support timely and accurate vendor payments and supplier relationship processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience executing end-to-end accounts payable processes.
• Excellent reporting, SQL, and Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to lead investigations and perform analyses.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize independently and demonstrate a self-driven approach.
