APERCON is looking for a Product Manager to support the development and optimization of an iGaming product. The role focuses on bonus mechanics, end-to-end product testing, deposit conversion optimization, and collaboration with development teams.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Configure tournaments, bonus programs, and deposit mechanics.
• Coordinate E2E testing and monitor cashier functionality, payment flows, and affiliate tracking.
• Analyze product metrics, conversion rates, and player retention.
• Prepare clear technical specifications for Frontend, Backend, and CRM teams.
• Launch new features and improve existing product functionality.
🔍 Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in iGaming as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Manager, or Senior QA / Analyst.
• Understanding of casino mechanics: RTP, House Edge, slot volatility, and wagering requirements.
• Knowledge of CIS market specifics, PWA, Telegram WebView, and payment integrations.
• Experience writing technical specifications and working with Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
• Basic understanding of REST API, WebSocket, and product analytics.
