What you will do

• Collect data for key performance indicators and maintain data collection tools in line with monitoring guidelines.
• Support baseline assessments, target setting, programme design, and development of MEL tools such as theories of change, logical frameworks, indicators tracking tables, and MEL plans.
• Implement internal monitoring procedures and prepare periodic monitoring and project reports in accordance with donor requirements.
• Review programme progress with teams, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to identify success stories, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
• Support external evaluations by drafting terms of reference, coordinating evaluation meetings, reviewing reports, and preparing management responses.
• Assist programme teams with planning, work-planning, and assessment of technical, budgetary, and personnel needs.

Requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, reporting, programme or project management, or a related area.
• Experience with M&E/MEL tools, data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Strong analytical, writing, organizational, reporting, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with diverse teams.
