Client Services Representative, Servicing (Private Banking)

What you will do

• Handle daily requests from internal and external private banking clients and provide customized solutions.
• Partner with the Private Bank Service Team, relationship managers, sales, portfolio management, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other authorized parties.
• Support client transactions and deliver a high-quality client experience across engagements.
• Collaborate with operations and bank teams to improve current processes.
• Participate in assigned projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of combined education and/or customer service, financial services, or related experience.
• Understanding of loan processes, systems, and applicable lending requirements.
• Strong organization, prioritization, interpersonal communication, analytical problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Prior bank operations or client service experience.
• Education in accounting, business administration, or finance.
