What you will do

• Develop and execute the corporate marketing strategy to increase agency and executive visibility.
• Identify and secure conferences, speaking engagements, panels, podcasts, and industry events for executives.
• Build relationships with advertising, marketing, entertainment, and business trade media.
• Develop executive thought leadership, messaging, and content that demonstrate agency expertise.
• Amplify award-winning work, client successes, agency milestones, and talent with internal teams.
• Lead industry awards, rankings, recognition opportunities, and the ongoing visibility pipeline.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including experience in an advertising, creative, marketing, entertainment, or communications agency.
• Demonstrated success increasing the visibility and reputation of an agency, brand, or executive leadership team.
• Strong knowledge of the advertising and marketing trade landscape, conferences, awards, and cultural tentpoles.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, messaging, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and own both strategy and hands-on execution.
• Based in the New York area.
