What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of European funds and holding companies across their full lifecycle.
• Support the launch of investment vehicles, including bank account opening and incorporation capital funding.
• Coordinate with investment teams, administrators, auditors, liquidators, and external parties on transaction execution, filings, reports, and vehicle closures.
• Support corporate governance by preparing data for board meetings and reviewing documentation of decisions and resolutions.
• Perform AIFM portfolio management oversight, central administration controls, fund onboarding assessments, and regulatory checks.
• Review NAV calculations and capital events, oversee external fund administrators, and redesign workflows using AI-first automation and decision intelligence.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Background in Big Four audit or a top-tier fund administrator is strongly preferred.
• Luxembourg-specific technical knowledge is required.
• Experience with fund finance, regulatory controls, investment vehicles, or AIFM activities.
