Web Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Argentina; candidates must be based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. Team members are encouraged to work one day per week from their nearest office.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Portal Apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, reusable templates, platform components, and established best practices.
• Understand customer business and UX requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Own smaller projects from scope confirmation through implementation, deployment, Go-Live, and stabilization.
• Configure and tailor hirify.global platform solutions, maintain existing Portal Apps, and address technical issues.
• Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and distributed teammates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Share implementation insights and customer feedback to improve Portal Apps and the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Solid technical foundation and knowledge of web programming, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into web-based solutions.
• Interest in direct customer interaction and participation in solution definition.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Collaborative, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Genuine interest in staying current with emerging AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PHP.
• Experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience managing projects from definition through implementation.
