Web Developer (PHP)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Hybrid work with one day per week at the nearest office.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Portal Apps using reusable templates, platform components, and established best practices.
• Translate customer business and UX requirements into functional and technical web solutions.
• Build and maintain Portal Apps with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP when applicable.
• Own smaller projects from scope confirmation through implementation, deployment, Go-Live, and stabilization.
• Collaborate with customers, analysts, developers, and technical teams while coordinating communication and feedback.
• Enhance existing solutions, resolve technical issues, and share insights to improve Portal Apps and the platform.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in web programming with experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into web-based solutions.
• Interest in direct customer interaction and solution definition.
• Proficient English is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Comfort using AI tools and interest in emerging AI capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PHP.
• Experience in technical consulting or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience managing projects from definition through implementation.
