What you will do

• Build and maintain resilient APIs and services powering wallet and staking functionalities
• Own features from inception through deployment and customer integration
• Document and expose functionality for UI and third-party developers
• Improve internal tooling to enhance client-facing team workflows
• Implement and enhance security features to protect digital assets
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders, including US-based teams
• Mentor peers through code reviews and best practice education

Requirements

• Must have at least 6+ years of backend development experience
• Strong spoken English skills
• Proficiency with Node.js, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RESTful API design
• Experience with Git, CI tools, JIRA, and Confluence
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, applied mathematics, or related technical discipline from a top university
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore office Monday to Friday

Nice to have

• Experience or understanding of Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, or blockchain industry
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and TypeScript
