Senior Brand Stewardship Specialist

Location: Moscow, Russia; candidates must be based in Moscow or be ready to relocate with company support. Hybrid schedule.

Salary: from 150,000 RUB gross per month

What you will do

• Create and maintain purchase orders based on approved requests and established procedures.
• Verify agency and supplier contracts, scopes of work, reports, invoices, amounts, and Proof of Performance materials.
• Validate goods and services receipts, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate issues with Brand, Finance, Purchases, Legal, agencies, and suppliers.
• Translate P&G policies and local legislation requirements into practical operational procedures.
• Develop and deliver training, SOPs, guidance materials, checklists, and templates.
• Conduct compliance reviews, coordinate control self-assessments and audits, track corrective actions, and report operational risks and performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Moscow or ready to relocate to Moscow with company support.
• Any higher education degree; applicants may be up to three years after graduation.
• English at Upper-Intermediate/B2 level or higher.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Strong communication, training, prioritization, independent working, and issue-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and office tools; readiness to work full time, 40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing operations, financial administration, internal controls, FMCG, marketing or media agencies, purchasing, ERP systems, audits, control self-assessments, SOP development, or training delivery.
• Experience with Coupa or similar internal control systems.
