Site Sustainability Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Novomoskovsk, Tula region, Russia; must be based there or ready to relocate with company support

Salary: 200,000 RUB gross per month; annual bonus. Relocation and housing support of 22,000 RUB net per month may apply when relocating from more than 50 km away.

What you will do

• Own the site sustainability roadmap, including priorities, timelines, resources, and governance routines.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of environmental and sustainability data.
• Analyze energy, water, waste, emissions, and process-efficiency losses and assess improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional sustainability projects, including business cases, investment proposals, contractor coordination, and results verification.
• Prepare performance reviews, management presentations, and recommendations based on KPIs, audits, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Support internal and external audits, maintain documentation, and close identified actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Novomoskovsk or ready to relocate there.
• Engineering degree or relevant higher education; recent graduates up to three years after graduation are considered.
• English at Intermediate/B1 level or higher.
• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week.
• No immigration sponsorship is available.
