Frontend Technical Lead (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid role based locally in Tirana, Albania, with availability to work from the office.

What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture, technical decisions, and development standards across the company.
• Write production code and lead the implementation of complex frontend features.
• Drive the platform rewrite and incremental migration to micro frontends while keeping the existing system live.
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces and real-time experiences using APIs and WebSockets.
• Address performance, scalability, architecture, and urgent production issues.
• Review code, mentor developers, and strengthen the technical capabilities of the frontend teams.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong practical expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Experience with complex production applications, real-time applications, WebSockets, and API integrations.
• Strong frontend architecture, responsive design, mobile web, and performance skills.
• Ability to guide developers, conduct constructive code reviews, make independent technical decisions, and work effectively under pressure.
• Fluent English is required for daily communication and technical discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience with micro frontend architectures.
• Experience rewriting or migrating a platform while it remains in production.
• Sports betting or gaming experience.
• Experience with Angular.
