TL;DR

Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) (Offshore Wind): Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts for international offshore wind projects with an accent on turbine supply agreements, service contracts, and project lifecycle legal support. Location: Hybrid role in Poland, with locations listed as Warsaw, Mazowieckie, and Gdansk, Pomerania

What you will do

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts for offshore wind projects, including turbine supply and service agreements.
Provide legal support throughout bidding, project development, execution, and contract management.
Lead negotiations with customers and partners to secure favorable terms and reduce commercial risk.
Identify legal and contractual risks, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and monitor project governance policies.
Advise senior management, deliver legal training, and support claims resolution through mediation and arbitration.
Develop standard contract templates and legal guidance while coordinating with external counsel.

Requirements

Qualified lawyer with bar membership in Poland, another EU jurisdiction, the UK, or another strategic market, plus a Master's degree in Law or equivalent.
Approximately 5+ years of post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer in-house or in private practice.
Experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure, preferably involving large-scale international projects.
Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including FIDIC contracts, legal risk management, and business acumen.
Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
Willingness to travel internationally for approximately 30 days per year.
