Frontend Enterprise Software Architect (React): Designing and building shared frontend architecture, component libraries, and web application foundations for trading and client-facing platforms with an accent on scalability, performance, accessibility, and security. Focus on modernizing legacy frontends, enforcing engineering standards, and solving complex architecture challenges across multi-team applications.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Cyprus or obtain authorization.

What you will do
- Design, prototype, and implement frontend architecture and shared foundations for trading and client-facing web applications.
- Own the shared component library and design system used across product teams.
- Set standards for application structure, state management, testing, dependencies, and code quality.
- Define performance budgets, accessibility requirements, and frontend security controls.
- Write production code, modernize legacy frontends, and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders while mentoring engineers and establishing frontend best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on frontend engineering experience, including several years architecting large multi-team web applications.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript and React, with hands-on Next.js experience in high-load production systems.
- Deep knowledge of web performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle budgets, caching, and rendering strategies.
- Practical experience with WCAG accessibility standards and browser security, including CSP, CORS, XSS, and CSRF.
- Experience with multi-team design systems, modern build tooling, monorepos, frontend CI/CD pipelines, and stakeholder communication.
