Service Delivery Coordinator (Cybersecurity)

Location: Newport, South Wales, United Kingdom, with some hybrid working available subject to the hybrid working policy. Candidates must have been UK residents for a minimum of 5 years to be able to obtain SC Security Clearance.

What you will do

• Conduct data analytics and collate complex information for reports, metrics, and graphical data.
• Measure and track Service Level Agreements to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
• Coordinate administrative and support activities required to maintain compliance across cyber programmes.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reporting tools, and team work practices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Provide customer support while adapting to changing requirements in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Requirements

• Experience with data analytics, metrics, detailed reports, or graphical data for tracking service performance and SLAs.
• Experience in service delivery coordination, administrative support, or task management in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience identifying operational efficiencies and improving team processes and work practices.
• Minimum 5 years of UK residency required to be able to obtain SC Security Clearance.
