Head of Marketing (Fintech)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; office-first role. Relocation support is available if needed.

What you will do

• Own the marketing strategy and define channel direction across markets.
• Shape messaging, target audiences, and consistent communication.
• Lead creative direction, content production, and influencer content feedback.
• Work with market owners and analysts to improve performance using CAC, CPA, CLTV, and marginal CAC.
• Lead influencer marketing specialists, paid social specialists, and content creators.
• Represent marketing in management and align marketing with market growth, budgets, and results.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in marketing and communication.
• Proven experience leading teams and helping people prioritise and develop.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, audience messaging, and performance marketing.
• Ability to evaluate acquisition economics, including CAC, CLTV, CPA, and marginal CAC.
• Comfortable setting direction, defending decisions, and changing course based on results.
• Willingness to work from the Stockholm office; relocation support is available.
