Consultant / Project Manager (Real Estate & Workplace Consulting)

Location: Onsite in Almaty, Kazakhstan, at 280 Baizakova Street. Travel may be required when necessary.

Salary: 300,000–600,000 KZT net per month

What you will do

• Deliver consulting services for commercial real estate and workplace projects.
• Support project management activities across real estate, design, and construction engagements.
• Coordinate multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
• Apply architectural and interior design planning or construction experience where relevant.
• Travel when required for project delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with different functional aspects of commercial real estate.
• Strong initiative, adaptability, self-management, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Client-focused approach, multitasking ability, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English.
• Strong skills in Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint are preferred.
